“The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was magical. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, well after 4pm which wasn’t good but they attempted to find a room that was ready. Eventually they found a room for us. The staff are always helpful, friendly and courteous. ”

“Friendly staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable room accommodations. Nice heated pool/game area for the kids. Free breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Location was great, center of downtown, walking distance to everything. ”

“Hotel nice and clean, spacious room. welcome and service to forget. we arrived tired and Hungry, we had to wait several minutes before we could check in because the girls at the desk was chatting with her smatphone. we hoped than to eat something at the restaurant but they told us that the entrance was not allowed to people under 21. when booking i did not find this information online, with two minor daughters I would not go there.keep in mind this information if you have minor children.”
